The Mealagh Valley Ring has been raising money for both The Mealagh Valley Community and Build 4 Life, a charity supporting Cystic Fibrosis sufferers. Monies donated have helped refurbish and develop the Mealagh Valley Community Hall, and Ward 5B, a specially developed Cystic Fibrosis unit in CUH.

The 10 mile race : The ten mile course has been accurately measured by Jones Counter and has an Athletics Ireland permit. While the course is challenging in places, it is set in one of the most scenic and secluded valleys in West Cork.
5k Fun Run/Walk : The 5k course is aimed at those who want to jog or walk a shorter distance.
Mealagh Valley 10 Mile Road Race
